When I called the customer service all he told me was go to the branch. When I went to the branch, they told me to call the customer service number. Turns out they need a copy of my lease that I took to them when I first opened the account. They are unprofessional and cost my company hounds of dollars in one day. You'll continue to blame others for your failure to maintain your account. You do understand how OD fees happen? You spent money you didn't have, they paid out the people you owed rather than returning the payment. In other words, you tried to cheat whoever you paid by not having money on hand at the time. You're using OD as a high cost, cash flow management tool and have the temerity to whine when the bill comes due. Here's what you do, cancel overdraft protection and let the bank return any bad check or payment you made to your creditors where you, in turn, will rack all sorts of fees with them and altering them to your lack of financial acumen. This will cause them to pull your credit and perhaps lower your credit limits, increase your credit usage rate and start to tank your credit. Manage your accounts like a man or woman. Do not spend money until it's actually in the account. This means if your paycheck hits on Friday, don't try and spend it until it has actually posted. Since Moses wore shorts(this is Checking 101) payments WILL ALWAYS post before deposits. This is an easy way for banks to make money from idiots like you who don't get it and keep the costs down to the rest of us who have mastered this simple concept. To summarize, if you have $100.00 in your account on Wednesday, spend $97.00 on Thursday but know your check will drop on Friday, do not spend more than $3.00 thinking you put one over.
